Internal Finish and Handover

What better way to ensure your home is finished internally, exactly as outlined in the specification, than by Fairway themselves.

We have taken the initiative to take possession of this procedure as we have a passion for following our product through to completion, and to the full satisfaction of our clients.

You will find us visiting your home within a few weeks, following the building having been delivered and externally sited by the experience transport team who will have been hired by the park owner.

Our role is then to make sure that everything internally is as it should be with a whole package of tasks for us to complete.

• Fit all internal ceiling and wall joining strips to the home and decorate as required.
• Complete all coving and skirting in the home and decorate as required.
• Complete any floor finish in the home.
• Install / assemble all furniture and set up as per floor plan layout drawing.
• Adjust all internal doors to ensure they open and close correctly.
• Adjust all furniture doors/drawers and kitchen unit door/drawers to ensure they align and close correctly.
• Adjust all windows and external doors to ensure they open and close correctly.
• Fully inspect and assess entire home – carrying out any works as required.
• Clean home including windows removing any stickers.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Complete full check of home against the specification.
• Walk through home with park owner and advise on building / warranties / and answer any questions.
