Whichever day you choose to attend, a warm welcome awaits you, and it is a great opportunity to view this established residential development, which offers a rural setting within the popular county of Hertfordshire.

Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd February, between 10.30am and 4pm.

During your visit you will be able to view two show homes, one is brand new, and the second has been refurnished to a high standard. It is a marvellous opportunity to see what this park, and its location, has to offer.

Limit Park is owned by Charles Simpson Organisation, a leading residential park operator, who has ten parks within their portfolio.

It is located just outside Northchurch village and is around two miles from Berkhamsted. For those looking for a rural setting this is a park to explore, with its views over the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside.

The community amongst its residents is excellent, with plenty of social occasions to get involved with.  They even have an annual garden competition and a Christmas party for all residents and their families.

Limit Park has a resident park manager and is suitable for residents aged 25-plus. It is however, unable to accommodate pets.

Shops and Amenities

Close to the park is a shopping parade with a variety of stores that will provide you with your daily essentials, including a Tesco Express, with a Post Office, Fish & Chip Shop, and a Café just a mile away.  The nearest Doctors Surgery is less than a mile.

Berkhamsted is just a couple of miles and provides a variety of amenties including supermarkets, shops, opticians, dentists, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants.  Hemel Hempstead is a 15-minute drive and is a larger town with further shops and facilities.  It also has a Hospital.

Getting around

The local buses make getting around the area easy, along with the local train station which takes you into London.  It is also close to the M1 and M25 motorways.
