National Sales Executive – Fairway Park & Leisure Homes Ltd
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire (with national travel)
Salary: Competitive + Commission + Benefits

About Us: Fairway Park & Leisure Homes Ltd is a leading manufacturer of premium residential park homes and holiday lodges, being an NCC approved manufacturer building to exceed BS3632 standards with Platinum Seal 10-year structural warranty. Based in Rugby, we’ve built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and innovative design over many successful years in the industry.
The Opportunity: We’re seeking a dynamic National Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive sales growth across our network of park operators nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our range of residential park homes and holiday lodges while building lasting partnerships in the leisure homes sector.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with park operators across the UK • Identify and pursue new business opportunities outside our existing network • Present our product range • Negotiate contracts and close deals with park operators • Support park operators with sales materials, brochures, and technical specifications • Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Provide market feedback to inform product development
What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, leisure, or property sectors • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with ability to work independently across a national territory • Strong presentation and communication abilities • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting • Understanding of the park homes/leisure industry (preferred but not essential).
